3. Although not trained, I love to dance and feel a strong sense of connection with myself through movement to music or simply to the rhythm of my breath.

14. I am brutally honest.
15. I allow myself to take really long naps on quite a regular basis, even though that voice tells me it's wrong.
16. I find freedom in running and riding my bike.
17. I am in love with birds - their song just blows me away!
18. I'm an idealist; I truly believe that it's possible for the world to be transformed through individual's changing their minds and opening their hearts. I try to live this way.
19. I love how I allow myself to be eccentric and expressive in public!
20. I am a stickler for correct use of the apostrophe, and proud of it.
21. I am very, very passionate.
22. Secretly and not so secretly recently, a romantic at heart (ah, the wedding!)
23. I love how gentle I can be with children, animals and sometimes even the ones closest to me.
24. I allow people's creative endeavours to touch me and move me very deeply.
25. I'm not afraid to make an idiot of myself in public.
26. I am choosing to embrace the spirit of 'yes' today, choosing to take responsibility for my thinking.
27. I'm diligent and conscientious.
28. I have integrity and attempt to live honestly.
29. I have a naughty, wacky sense of humour.
30. I sometimes put on Christian music that I used to worship to a few years ago and allow myself to become immersed in awe and connection to God.

32. I like that I seek guidance from within and without.
33. I am part of a very large, very talented, one-of-a-kind family, each of whom is so incredible in their own unique way.
34. I have a tendency to make bold, rash decisions which scare the crap out of myself and dismay my poor folks - and my heart is all the bolder and more courageous for it.
35. I welcomed a stranger into my home to spent the night as he cycled from Gatwick Airport to Cornwall and then on to Leeds. Barry from Ocean Grove, it was wonderful to meet you!

37. I am alive in my sexuality.
38. I am learning to say YES to life!
39. I am learning to say NO to what isn't in integrity for me.
40. I dream of a life so magnificent that there isn't a job title, a word or a label that could possibly contain it - or me.
41. I was a great Lily St Regis.
42. Proud to be a Scanner!
43. I am loving and fun to be with for my little cousin Finton - he's such a darling.
44. I am strong - no matter how much my ego batters me, I am fiercely committed to living fully, to following the guidance I'm given and to wearing my heart, and my Spirit, on my sleeve.
45. I have the courage to expose my yucky jealousy to Nige and work through it. On the other side, I am discovering bountiful love and a heart that wants to embrace women as sisters rather than competitors.
46. More courage! I took a really brave step and sang a solo in front of about 150-200 people. I was nervous, it was imperfect, but my heart was in it and I did the best I could. I'm proud of myself.
47. I love that I can just fall into being present when I'm onstage and I have no qualms about playing full out and really going for it. Life is for living and I'm not here to hold back.
48. I am proud of myself for trying something new and starting to do gardening work in the local community. It takes me back to Esalen, where I worked in the grounds for two months, and I see once again that everything happens for a reason.
49. I have a typically British sense of self-deprecation and can lightly make fun of myself whilst holding my heart.
50. I love my body. Fuck it - I've been in it for over 28 years if you include the time in the womb, and it's just too easy to hate the vessel I dwell in in this lifetime. I actually love my curves, my arms, tummy, even my juicy bum and tiny boobs! I feel strong and healthy and that's good enough for me. Besides, the body is an exquisite piece of work, so who am I to criticize it?!
51. I love how motivated and energised I am when a project, book, blog post, adventure or person gets under my skin. I dive right in and immerse myself in it completely.
52. Getting to know the little girl inside of me, holding her when she's hurting, and reassuring her that she is enough has changed my life. Thank you, me, for sticking it out with me :)
53. I am quirkily unique - jam jar glasses, one leg longer than the other (according to the chiropractor!), wacky clothes that don't match properly, and that's just for starters!
54. I sometimes wind down the car window and scream "Fuck It!" out the window - just to remind myself that life is much more fun if taken much less seriously.
55. I make a mean salad. Nutritious and tasty, yummy in your tummy. Anyone for lunch?
56. I don't mind being a bit of a geek!
57. I am heaven bent on living from a place of love rather than fear.
58. I allow myself to be vulnerable in my relationship with Nige and this develops intimacy between us.
59. I am a generous, thoughtful friend.
60. I take my time, giving myself plenty of space and quiet, rest and connection.
61. I appreciate so deeply that I am standing up for myself against this bully in my mind, against the bullies of my past. I am not settling for mediocre anymore. This is my life and I'm finally allowing myself to live it.
62. I did my best to be a supportive, loving, strong birth partner for my friend, and I truly believe that I thought in accordance with Spirit and was truly of service.
63. I chose clothes this week that I feel good in. Yeah!
64. I am not afraid to connect, breaking all the rules about strangers not speaking to each other on trains. Forget that! There was a mummy and boy just waiting to connect on the train from London to Brighton, and I reached out and had one of the most memorable train journeys of my life. Roar!
65. I am ENTHUSIASTIC!
